I am a certified personal trainer through the National Academy of Sports Medicine. CPR/AED certified and experienced in speed, quickness, and agility training. I believe in a well balanced full body workout using a combination of cardio, resistance training, and balance/stabilization training. I help clients reach their goals ranging from weight and body fat reduction to strength and muscle gain in a timely manner.
