Your Core is Important!

There’s more to a healthy core than toned abs. If you spend two seconds to look up what exactly the word core refers to you’ll find it’s referring to the central or foundational part of a whole. Applying this term to the body doesn’t change the definition; core strength essentially trains the foundation which carries the burden of supporting your bodies weight.
